I Have Been Diagnosed With Peripheral Neurothopy, For Several Years,

I have been diagnosed with peripheral neurothopy, for several years, I am pre-diabetic with glucose level normally around 102 and and A1-c at 5.9....what can I do get the numbing and unstable use of my feet other than creams, I do have some unstable uses of legs and feet, I have heard that high levels of vitamin B will help, also gabapentin will help, but is there is any cardio side effects with gabapentin...I also have tightness and some pinching on the lower legs and feet with spider veins and some occasionally swelling...I have had a GEL-one injection on my right knee for arthritis relief last month which I have had not much relief, I was told it takes a few week to take effect, I am on my feet and legs 10 hrs per day 6 days a week at work and still limping and unstable...what is my next step
