I Have Been Diagnosed With Pink Eye And I Think

I have been diagnosed with pink eye and I think due to contamination I may have spread the bacteria to the tip or urethra opening on my penis. In my wisdom I thought the antibiotics that would fix pink eye would work on my junk but found out a day later that I had a reaction to those antibiotics which made both conditions worse . I have since switched antibiotics to Tobradax. I'm confident that I don't have an std if I leave this alone will my body heal on its own?
