I have been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis I have a high arch which has caused heel spurs I have spent so much money on my feet my pain is every step I make sometimes at night they hurt when I go to bed I’m in good health except my feet hurt all the time any suggestion how to get out of pain and yes I do my stretches and excerise my feet I need help
