I Have Been Diagnosed With Psoriatic Nails And Psoriasis, And

I have been diagnosed with psoriatic nails and psoriasis, and possibly psoriatic arthritis. I have had 3 doses of Remicade. 2 nails have started separating from the nail bed since taking remecade. The fingers that have nail separation are very sensitive and sore. What can I do for relief? In total 7 fingernails have separated from the nail bed
