I Have Been Diagnosed With Pyoderma Gangrenosum And Possible Sjorgrens,

I have been diagnosed with pyoderma gangrenosum and possible sjorgrens, recently experienced my hair becoming grossly tangled and matted in extremely tight mass in circle around my entire head, occurring within a few days time. Not anything like common matting from extended bed stay. Can you explain this frightening occurance? Had to have it cut out, leaving my hair inch long.
