I Have Been Diagnosed With Scabies. I Took Two Round

I have been diagnosed with scabies. I took two round of medication and wash my clothes in hot water. Its been two and I look like I have a severe rash....bumpy and some in clusters. I was told that 24 hours from the time I take the medicine, I am not contagest. I don't know what to do.
