I Have Been Diagnosed With Severe Arthritis In My Right

I have been diagnosed with severe arthritis in my right shoulder after 3 years of pain. I must take either Advil or Aleve (as directed to deal with the pain). For a month or so, I have been experiencing night sweats (I am 62 yo). I also have tenderness in the right side of my neck and a sore throat. Are these related? What can I do about the night sweats (I have to change clothes once or twice per night)?
