I have been diagnosed with severe carpel tunnel syndrome. I saw an ad on the internet about a guy who founded the "carpel tunnel institute". He claims that he learned a certain exercise program from a yoga therapist, that can cure carpel tunnel and help avoid surgery. Can this be true? The program on a cd costs $50.00. Would that be a good investment?
