I Have Been Diagnosed With Shingles It Has Spread From

I have been diagnosed with shingles it has spread from my back to under my arm I am taking anti viral meds steroids and nerve pain meds how long after taking meds till I am not contagious.... I work in a health care facility and don't want to cause an issue for my elderly residents
