I Have Been Diagnosed With Sjogrens Syndrome It Has Affected

I have been diagnosed with sjogrens syndrome it has affected my eyes. I have a hard time opening my eyes .they say its the nerves around the eyes. I had botox once and it hurt so bad I wounot go back.should I go back and go through with botox treatment
