I Have Been Diagnosed With Spinal Stenosis Lumbar And Cervical.

I have been diagnosed with spinal stenosis lumbar and cervical. But I odd not have much pain at all while walking but mine is during a resting /laying or sitting position and it is very painful. And have been told that this is common but cannot find any information on it.
