I Have Been Diagnosed With This Condition On My Scalp.

I have been diagnosed with this condition on my scalp. I was told to use Sarna lotion on the scabs. Is there any other effective treatment to clear it up and/or stop it from spreading, which it seems to be doing?

I do not wish to pay for this service. Also, I believe my question should be handled by a dermatologist, which is the specialty of the doc that made my diagnosis.
