I Have Been Diagnosed With "undifferentiated Connective Tissue Disease" Meaning

I have been diagnosed with "undifferentiated connective tissue disease" meaning an autoimmune disease that has many of the markers of lupus, but not all. My symptoms are periferal neuropathy in all extremities, bluish color in feet, "essential tremors" of hands (drop things frequently). I have chronic fatigue, confusion, memory loss, pain in joints and tendons, a rash on my face, primarily nose and cheek bones. Sometimes in the evening, especially if I'm tired, my cheeks get hot and flushed. My vision is blurred and my top eyelids feel like they are stuck so most mornings I can't open my eyes right away. What could these symptoms indicate. I will accept any answer except "Nothing that isn't age related"!
