I Have Been Diagnosed With Vertigo I Have Fluid In

I have been diagnosed with vertigo I have fluid in my middle ear drum it is causing me to have a very bad sessions of vertigo for like 3 weeks at a time this has been going on for 6 years now the episode that I am having now has lasted for two weeks I have no smell no taste no ear pain whatsoever the spinning gets worse really really bad when my nose is stuffed up and then I can blow my nose two or three times and the dizziness will ease up all my blood work came back fine they have said I cannot drive or do anything that requires any thought until I go see a neurologist and an ENT doctor I have 4 children it is a little bit hard for me to be on bed rest do you have any idea what could be causing this do you think that maybe if I had tubes put in my ear ears it would help
