I Have Been Diagnosed With Vertigo But Lately I Have

I have been diagnosed with vertigo but lately I have also been getting migraines and I have been extremely thirsty, as well as feeling like I was going to vomit. I have also had feelings like I was going to pass out over the last couple of days. Over the last about 3 or 4 days, these feelings have become more frequent. Is there any one cause that this could be?
