I Have Been Diagnoses With Hematuria. I Have Pain Around

I have been diagnoses with Hematuria. I have pain around my labia and up to just below my bladder. It is constant. I only saw blood in my urine, once. I have had an X-ray and no indication of kidney stones were found. I have had a urine test for a UTI infection and that was negative. I have had blood work done and that was also negative. I was advised by my Internal Medicine physician to see my Gynecologist. Shouldn't I be seeing a Urologist? I recently had a full hysterectomy in June/2015. After the hysterectomy I still have pain on my left side near the lower incision areas. I have had a follow-up visit with my Oncologist and will be going to my Radiologist soon. The Oncologist said he did not find any indication that the tumor returned upon his examination.
