I Have Been Diagnosis WithCHF And Pulomeny Edena Angina. I

I have been diagnosis withCHF and pulomeny edena angina. I have a great deal of drug allergies so right now I'm being treated with fursesomide dose is at 160mg still not enough should I be using a nitro patch as well or how do I get Reed of the fluid I also take metropol 50 mg twice a day. I know I have so many other medical problems but I eat as healthy as possible. Do you have any other ideas to help get the fluid moving for more than a couple of days. My drug allergies are to so many that it really makes it difficult plus I have a bleeding hyneia hernia so no blood thinners also can not have any IV's
