I Have Been Disabled Since 2005 From A Serious Car

I have been disabled since 2005 from a serious car wreck. I spend most of my time in my recliner with my leg raised. I have been having some problems with nausea if I exert myself more than usual. Today I was sitting with my sister who has Parkinsons. I had to help her to the bathroom, etc. I got so nausous that I actually threw up. Sweating like crazy, and maybe a little dizzy when it happens. I can usually just sit down till it passes, but today I couldn't leave my sister, so it got the better of me.
