I Have Been Dizzy And Lightheaded For The Past Two

I have been dizzy and lightheaded for the past two months now and it feels like my head has pressure in it like in my forhead and around my neck. It feels like I have been looking cross eyed for hours but I haven't and I have had two spells where I feel like I could faint and my stomach starts to hurt. My doctor said I had fluid behind my eardrum but just told me to take a Claritin. And I get headaches sometimes but they are like dull headaches
