I Have Been Dizzy For The Past 3 Days. And

I have been dizzy for the past 3 days. And all of yesterday I was vomiting. I had a slight fever yesterday, so I thought that may be what it was. Today I vomitied a bit this morning, and just now felt a little upchuck. The dizziness is still with me though. Any idea what this may be?
