I Have Been Dizzy On And Off For Over A

I have been dizzy on and off for over a week. I all so have pain in right arm that I thought was from any old injury, but is now getting worse. Today I am so dizzy it makes no difference if i stand , sit, or lay down i feel like i am falling. Been to the Dr. and he gave me motion sickness pills that do not help at all. (that was over a week ago) The falling fell has come and almost gone then come back. Today it is real bad.

I am an over wight male 60 yrs old in some what poor health. Most of the med's I take the side effects are dizziness, but i have been on them for years. Help
