I Have Been Doctoring For A Rash That Develops Around

I have been doctoring for a rash that develops around the front of my waist line and on the back of my head. The rash comes and goes several times a day with red welts coming out about the size of mosquito bites. The problem is they itch much more than mosquito bites. It seems to be worse at night before a go to bed. I have taken Triamcinolone Acetonide cream usp 0.1%, Betamethasone Dipropionate Cream USP Augmented .05%, and Fluocinonide Topical Solution USP. I have also be checked for fungus. This has been going on for months. Any suggestions?
