I Have Been Doing Plain Water And Coffee Enemas For

I have been doing plain water and coffee enemas for the past month to heal from yeast overgrowth in my gut. Last night and tonight, after plain water enemas, what I passed was red liquid. I don't have blood on the toilet paper when wiping and don't see any signs that it is from hemorrhoids. I also don't have any pain. Should I be immediately concerned?
