I Have Been Down Due To A Fibromyalgia Flare For

I have been down due to a fibromyalgia flare for two days. I woke up from a nap and the lymph node under the left side of my jaw started hurting. The swelling feels the size if a large grape. I dint have ant ear or tooth pain but I have back pain that is not my usual backs pain.
