I Have Been Down Since November. Started Out Had Burning

I have been down since November. Started out had burning in mouth, throat, esophagus, sinuses, ears. Ran tests for Hantavirus, Mold, CBC, Chem 6, EKG. Everything comes back normal. I am fatigued, have irregular heartbeats, headaches, burning eyes, still have pain in chest. Occasionally my arms hurt from center of back to hands. Pain up neck. I feel blah most of the time. I do have GERD but I feel since I have come off from COKE that has calmed down tremendously. I just don't know what is going on. Dr gave Kenalog shot in December it took care of most of the burning sensations in throat. But it still feels raw. I just want to feel better
