I have been drinking a health drink every day for the last month or so that I make myself. It consist of baby spinach, kale, a protein drink, a protein drink, 10 raw almonds, blueberries, a chunk of avocado, chia seeds, flax seeds, raw sunflower seeds, and almond milk unsweetened, a garlic clove, a strawberry, half of a raw beet and beet greens. Am I doing more than I should for every day. I feel good...I am 75 take the generic of synthroid and premarin. I also take one low dosage asperin, 1 folate. and a one 1000 gm vitamin D as well.
