I Have Been Dx With Idiopathic Hives/ Rash Ihave Seen

I have been dx with Idiopathic hives/ rash Ihave seen and still do a dermatologist and a allergist plus my PCP... tons of blood work and the patch test all neg.
I have had steroids, that help for awhile and then I have an out break...
Tried Zyrtec and Allegra... 1-3 pills daily... and also Zantac 150 2xdaily...anyother sugesstions to help relieve any of the symptoms especially the itching... thank you
