I Have Been Dx With Hypothryroidism, Blown Adrenals, AND I

I have been dx with hypothryroidism, blown adrenals, AND I have almost zero hormones in my body. I DO NOT want to take Synthroid, but want to take supplements to help my conditions. Any recommendations? I can barely drag myself out of bed, have no energy and some brain fogginess. Have gained a ton of weight - 30# and cannot lose it. Please help.
