I Have Been Enduring With Auto Immune Symptoms For 18

I have been enduring with auto immune symptoms for 18 months. My antinuclear Ab ENA IF Ind lab test says a normal reading is a ratio 1:40. My lab test shows 1:160. Is this extreme, or not too bad? During the early part of my problem, I lost all of the hair on my head. After steroid injections and several months, my hair has returned to close to normal. Should I be concerned about what is going on now undetected?
