I Have Been Exhibiting Some Side Effects And Looks Like

I have been exhibiting some side effects and looks like the "serious ones" mentioned in an article from this website...I have been taking Lipitor since 1998, I did not take Lipitor while I was serving in the US Army, Feb78 to Feb 98; so almost 20 years now...I have noticed marked pain especially at the base of my thumbs, ankles and knee pain; more than usual...I am 64 years old...other meds I take are Motrin as needed and multi-vitamins...I am taking 40mg daily; up from 20 I was taking initially...I am wondering if Crestor or somesuch ie, Coxq10 [?] might be better or if I'd see an improvement from my daily rroutine...there are times also when I urinate, and not 5 or 10 min later I have to go again...no nausea...but am shocked from viewing the serious side effects on this website...I've spoken with VA about changing my cholesterol meds and have an appt upcoming...I have floaters which may or may not be related, and also tinitis...
