I Have Been Expericing Dizziness For A Month Or Longer

I have been expericing dizziness for a month or longer off & on more on than off. Intermittin nausea like motion sickness, a very strange sense of smell, seems like I smell cigarette smoke all the time & no-one around me smokes nor do I... sometimes I have a headache with it. I have also noticed often have an eye tick for 3 hours or more non stop. I have experienced blurred vision as well.
