I Have Been Experience A Lot Of Pain In The

I have been experience a lot of pain in the vaginal area, it is unbearable pain and burning it always feels very warm. this has happened a few times now and each time I have gone to my GP and they are telling me its thrush. This time it has been 5 days and I have woke up this morning in even more pain and my bladder is now hurting and feels like I need to go the toilet constantly. This is interrupting my lifestyle I have not been able to work as I am in a lot of pain. do you no what this could be?
