I Have Been Experienceing Neck Pain And Stiffness For A

I have been experienceing neck pain and stiffness for a couple of months which seems to be similar to Fibromyalgia. I have seen a chiropracter and have been exercising, stretching but still have pain. Any other recommendations? How can I rule out the disease and what is the best way to relieve nerve pain?
