I Have Been Experiencing GERD For About 4 Months. My

I have been experiencing GERD for about 4 months. My doctor has had me on Prilosec for 20 days (20mg in the morning) and 150mg of Zantac at dinner time. I have been experiencing excess gas for the past week or so, and today had an incident of bloody stool. I was very surprised by this. I have had no other GI issues especially lower GI. Is the bloody stool likely from the Prilosec?
