I Have Been Experiencing A Feeling On The Tip Of

I have been experiencing a feeling on the tip of my tongue, as if I had burned it but I don;t remember having done that. There are also a few blisters on the tip and one on the side of my tongue. My throat has felt a little closed up lately but no pain, I just looked in the mirror with a flash light and my soft palate has a yellowish color too it. What could this mean.
