I Have Been Experiencing A Light Headedness Since 8pm Last

I have been experiencing a light headedness since 8pm last evening. I had it apon awaking this morning around 6am and still have it. I have no other symptoms and my blood pressure is with in normal limits , and I am normally in good health for a 75 year old woman. Blood pressure and colesterol controled with meds.
I have no idea why this wooziness.
