I Have Been Experiencing A Lot Of Discomfort And Pain

I have been experiencing a lot of discomfort and pain in my hands, shoulders, back of neck and have just felt very tired for the past week. I "popped" a vein in my left hand middle finger and I have had a small hard round bump underneath the middle section of my finger. Could this be a blood clot?
