I Have Been Experiencing A Lot Of Discomfort In My

I have been experiencing a lot of discomfort in my upper abdomin on my left side just under my left breast and behind rib cage. because of this sudden pain I now have anxiety which makes the pain even worse. My work is very physical and the more lifting I do the worse it gets, also associated with this comes lower back pain. I sleep fine with very little or no pain as long as I am not having any anxiety. I have been through all the motions to rule out heart. I guess my question is how can I best distinguish if this hiatal hernia, or a pulled or torn muscle, or the possibility of another problem with another organ? also today for the first time I have been having this blood like taste in my mouth at times.
