I have been experiencing a nasty taste/smell in my mouth for a couple weeks. Six days ago, I began experiencing pain/discomfort in my abdomen. My Bm's are loose and green in color. The odor in my mouth is best described as the odor associated with infection. I am seeking a possible diagnosis and treatment options
