I Have Been Experiencing A Sharp Pain In My Right

I have been experiencing a sharp pain in my right breast from time to time. It is not near the heart, but rather on the side - closer to the arm. I have very lumpy breasts and can not feel anything unusual like a hard lump... it is very painful when it occurs - generally comes in waves - disappears and returns (up to two weeks later..)
