I Have Been Experiencing A Shooting Pain In The Heel

I have been experiencing a shooting pain in the heel of my right foot, it does not travel anywhere but it is very sharp and makes walking difficult. the pain is very severe when i wake up in the mornings then is slowly evens out for the day, however towards the late afternoon it starts being very painful again. in my right foot it is always constant, in my left foot it starts afar a long day. this has been going on for about 5 weeks now, i have been wearing tennis shoes all day everyday since it started.
