I Have Been Experiencing A Strange Flutter/pulsing Bear The Bottom

I have been experiencing a strange flutter/pulsing bear the bottom of my sternum. Usually the strongest after I've eaten, but it doesn't always happen. It's worrisome. I don't feel like it's my heart but it is concentrated along the sternum and doesn't move...it just eventually stops. What is it??
