I Have Been Experiencing A White Chalky Discharge In My

I have been experiencing a white chalky discharge In my underwear throughout the day, no pain and it isn't thick like pus etc. I was diagnosed with gonorrhea 3 months ago but received a shot of ceftriaxone and azithromyicin orally, since I had the discomfort my doctor recently prescribed me doxycycline. I am a male. What could it be?
