I Have Been Experiencing An Intense Ache In My Right

I have been experiencing an intense ache in my right arm between the elbow and shoulder for about 3 weeks now, intense enough to wake me up from sleep. There is no swelling, no heat, no discoloration. Just an ache that feels like it's coming from the middle of my arm in the muscle.
