I Have Been Experiencing Back Pain, Rib Pain For Months,

I have been experiencing back pain, rib pain for months, shortness of breath, recurring rash, frequent urination and can't hold it, lower abdominal pain and back, sex is uncomfortable, dry skin, metallic taste in mouth, funny smelling pee, pain in leg. Been to hospital, abdomen, heart, lungs good. Had a touch of bronchitis. Worried it might be my kidneys?
