I Have Been Experiencing Bloating In Area Of My Belly

I have been experiencing bloating in area of my belly button. So severe at times I look as though im pregnant. But my pain goes from right to left. It sometimes I feel like my intentions are sweelen. I get sik to my stomach no matter what I eat. But no vomiting.pain does go into back.
