I Have Been Experiencing Bubble Sensation From My Vagina Area

I have been experiencing bubble sensation from my vagina area as thou passing wind and seems to travel through and out of my urethane area at the same time
I also have discomfort in in my back area and above my tummy button and have lots of gurgling sounds in my intestines. I am better when I stay off bread and carbs, mainly bread and beans
