I Have Been Experiencing Constant Cramping And Sore Breasts For

I have been experiencing constant cramping and sore breasts for 2 weeks now, no period either to explain the cramping? I am not sure what is going on, I thought possibly signs of pregnancy but I took 2 tests (88 cents, not sure if that matters) and both were negative. I don't know what could be wrong, I looked up some of my symptoms and ovarian cysts came up too???
