I Have Been Experiencing Constipation For Over A Week, My

I have been experiencing constipation for over a week, my stomach is distended and I have a loss of appetite along with pain under my right rib, I had my gallbladder removed two years ago so I know it is not my gallbladder. I have tried an enema and a suppository with very little results.
