I Have Been Experiencing Diarrhea During The Mid/late Morning For

I have been experiencing diarrhea during the mid/late morning for the past month or so, I have a normal Bowel movement early every morning (not diarrhea) before I go to work, should I be concerned? I have been on a low carb/no sugar diet since the first of the year and eat scrambled eggs pretty much every morning with water. Appreciate your advice.
